As an experienced and high-achieving responsible business leader, I work with executive teams who have the ambition to become standard-bearers for corporate social and environmental responsibility whilst continuing to build successful, profitable businesses.

With genuine passion for my work, I am proud to have achieved prominent project successes. I recently delivered the first - and currently only - B Corp certification for a company listed on the London Stock Exchange, with additional recognition through the receipt of a Best in the World Honoree for Governance and inclusion on the FTSE4Good Index.

I focus on analysis of current responsible business performance, evolving strategies aligned with company goals, and implementation of resulting initiatives. A blend of pragmatism and passion in my outlook results in effective and practical outcomes tailored to a company’s specific situation and sector.

My background

Throughout my consultancy and responsible business career, I have sought to help companies grow in sustainable, ethical and profitable ways, underpinned by the belief that doing good is good for business.

As an alumnus of Oxford, PwC, Pragma Consulting, and Kin+Carta Plc, I have over twenty years of broad commercial, consulting, and CSR experience. Combined with successful responsible business programme delivery, this means I can work quickly and efficiently to understand challenges, devise strategies, and implement solutions.
